Job DescriptionExcellent opportunity to work for a premier Eastern CT employer. The successful candidate should have experience in a call center setting environment. Responsibilities would include -real time data analysis, balancing call center volumes to meet KPI's-act as a central control point for daily schedule changes-Proactively escalates serious issues that may impact service levels to management-Provides administrative support of the new hire onboarding processRequirements*High School or equivalent in a call center, customer service, retail or related environment*1-2 years call center traffic and scheduling experience preferredQualifications/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.- Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.- Experience with windows applications and ability to view and interpret multiple system screens concurrently.- Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.- Detail oriented and accurate.- Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trends and patterns in data and feel comfortable communicating nonconformance to management.- Must be available to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the department including nights and weekends.
