Job DescriptionDescription:- The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for working with hiring managers, HR Partners and recruiters in preparing, reviewing, and updating job descriptions for US and International staff, preparing hiring ranges for all new and existing positions taking into account market rates, internal equity, and legal compliance; educating hiring managers, recruiters and HR Partners in organization compensation philosophy, policy and practice.- Assists other compensation analysts in conducting market analysis for new positions, completing compensation surveys, conducting FLSA analysis and assisting HR Partners and management on all compensation related efforts.- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of staff. General organization knowledge around org structures, industry, and jobs.- Excellent EXCEL skills needed.- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple priorities effectively. Strong ability with Microsoft office software.- Strong knowledge of Windows environment and ERP-level HRIS. Ability to travel as necessary, less than 10%.- Provides client-focus interface and conduct special projects in support of organization compensation requirements.- Contributes to the design and implementation of new and revised compensation programs that provide a strong competitive position.- Provides analytical expertise, guidance, and interpretation of various compensation policies and legal compliance.RequirementsQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent - Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or Related Field.- Typically requires 3-5 years of experience with analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs.- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients and staff.- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language.- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO).- Prior work experience with Workday HRIS system preferred.- Certification as Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.Contact the job posterHighlightsMonday to Friday8am to 5pm Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
