Job DescriptionShift : 6pm-6:15am - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday.There is a 15% shift differential for nights and overtime after 8 hours in a shift.Job Description:* Follows production schedules and runs correct priorities.* Inserts probes into multiple arrays of layouts and product types.* Understands necessity of attention-to-detail and overall accuracy in filling out forms and other documentation associated with the building of the probe head.* Ensures that probe planarity and alignment are within specified assembly tolerances.* Provides manufacturing information and feedback by answering questions and requests from other support groups within the production process.* Identifies and addresses potential areas in process for improvement.* Uses microscopes and tweezers as the primary tools in which to successfully insert probes into the substrate. Superior eye-hand coordination is extremely vital to the successful execution of this job function.* Escalates issues (both quality and process-related) to manufacturing engineers and other support groups in order to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems to a successful conclusion.* Interprets engineering documentation, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, specifications, and implementation of training on new processes.Requirements* Visual acuity in working with microscopes* Fine finger dexterity/ including grasping or pinching and a steady hand * Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production schedule* Attention to detail; both in the position and also with paperwork requirements associated with the production process.* Strong computer skills, reading and writing skills* Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and systems a plus.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.Working Conditions:* Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, or crouching for prolonged periods of time* Grasping or pinching and manual dexterity.* Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.* Work area has fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.* Moderate to loud noise level.* Must be available to work overtime and weekends.* Able to work in a clean room environment per semiconductor protocol/requirements* Able to wear all required clean room protective clothing and equipment for normal 8 hour shift (excluding breaks) Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
