Forklift Operator / Material Handler

If you are interested in helping to make the world a cleaner, greener and safer place for generations to come and are looking for long-term career opportunity as a Forklift Operator then apply today!   Job Duties: Move raw materials from a storage rack out onto the production floor Use the forklift, hand pallet jack and alum-a-lift to move raw materials to the production cells and packaging area, and put any leftover raw materials back onto the racks. Works closely with the Machine Operators Will be moving and filling materials such as safety supplies, tape rolls, drums of glue, boxes of end caps. Will also be moving elements on carts to the testing area, packaging and then to the warehouse. Restocking of supplies such as tape, tubes, etc. Housekeeping duties as needed. Demonstrates safety commitment through personal behavior. Fill out daily STAC cards Participate in Time out for Safety in the department. Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Keep work area neat and clean. Complete monthly safety training.   Job Requirements: 1 year of continuous sit-down forklift experience within the last 5 years.   We have the following shifts 1st-shift               M-F 6:30am-2:30pm 2nd shift              M-F 2:30pm-10:30pm 3rd shift-              Sun.-Thur. 10:30pm-6:30am   PT Weekends: 5th shift Fri. & Sat. 10:30pm-10:30am (12 hour shifts)    Pay rates: FORKLIFT OPERATORS: 1st shift:  $15.30/hour 2nd Shift: $15.80/hour 3rd Shift: $16.05/hour 5th Shift:  $16.05/hour   Please note: The local offices of Kelly Services do not represent the above position.  Please apply directly for consideration.
