Kelly Government Solutions is currently seeking a Track Vehicle Mechanic to support one of our top government clients on Ft. Benning, GA on a contract assignment.
As a Track Vehicle Mechanic with Kelly Government Solutions you will provide input to program planning, schedules, and maintenance techniques for the Abrams Fleet Vehicles.

Responsibilities:
Experienced maintenance mechanic, familiar with the deprocessing and maintenance tasks on the variations of the Abrams Tanks (M1A1 ED, M1A2 SEP V2) vehicles.
Identify technical problems and assist Field Service Representative in performing maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership responsible for maintenance.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent AND at least 3 years of related experience.
Must have three (3) or more years of maintenance experience on tracked vehicles; preferably on the Abrams M1A2 SEP Tanks.
Must be able to gain access to US Military facilities or bases; including a NACI clearance if required.
Required to work at heights, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, able to climb, and work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
Must possess a valid State Driver's License and be able to obtain a tank driver's license.
Must meet the anthropometric requirements to entry into the driver's station or into an enclosed military vehicle.
Must be willing to travel within the United States to perform maintenance tasks and deprocessing.
Must be able to successfully pass the Job Proficiency Certification for Abrams fleet vehicles.
Be able to work autonomously with government personnel.
