Warehouse -Mixer Operator - Hillsdale, MI

One of Kelly Services Top Client's located in Hillsdale, Michigan is seeking candidates for an IMMEDIATE long term Mixer Operator! So what exactly does a Mixer Operator do?  They work in a clean facility where safety is priority #1! Must comply with all safe work practices Employees perform operations related to producing adhesive material by placing raw ingredients into the mixer and monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems for each batch. Use trouble shooting skills to resolve process related deviations or problems. Performs minor repair, improvement and preventative maintenance of equipment. Recycle used drums for future use. Operate forklift. 6 Months Forklift experience required. Operate a lift assist to move product placed on skids. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Be able to operate stretch wrap machine, pail flipper, bar code scanner, and general computer usage. Must be able to pass hearing and Pulmonary Function Test to wear a respirator/dust mask for certain tasks. Benefits currently being offered Double-time pay for 7th day worked within pay week (M-Sun). Competitive 50/50 benefits cost share program PTO: 6 days after 6 months worked (retro) 5 additional paid days after 3 years on assignment Bereavement & Jury Duty pay Perfect attendance award: for every 60 days worked with no unscheduled time off, KE is eligible for a paid personal day. Bonus program related to OSHA injury free, Quality Measures and productivity on yearly basis. $15.25 per hour with $.75 increase after 1 year!
