POSITION: Call Center / Customer Care Specialist
** Bilingual – Spanish **
WORK LOCATION: Jacksonville, Florida
WORK HOURS: 40 hour week
SHIFTS: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: 2 years
RATE: $15.00
POSITION SUMMARY
Customer Care Specialists are responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, processing orders and resolving order inquiries to the customer's satisfaction, while maintaining quality standards. Customer Care Specialists also document feedback from customers and respond accordingly. Serves as a liaison between Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations and other departments within the organization as needed by the customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITES
Enter orders received from customers via phone or fax to the order entry system according to established customer service procedures while maintaining departmental standards. (75%)
Serve as an essential link between customers and various internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations and Distribution. (5%)
Provides resolution to customers’ inquiries, returns and feedback utilizing the appropriate system and other related material. (10%)
Share team responsibilities and support team functions, (i.e., technical, call quality, project teams) (5%)
Performs other related duties as assigned by management. (5%)
VOLUME OF UNIT MEASURE OF JOB DUTIES
80-100 telephone calls per day
5-10 emails per day
4 to 8 hours per month for training.
2-3 hours meeting time per week.
5 -10 documentation records per day, including tracers.
5 phone mail messages per day.
7.5 hours system time per day.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in Spanish and English
High School education or equivalent
3+ years call center experience
Strong Data entry skills (10 key by touch) Typing and Outlook
Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills.
Team player with strong, professional interpersonal skills.
Proven effective organizational skills.
Ability to perform in a fast paced, changing environment while meeting and or exceeding established performance measures.
Proven PC skills to include Microsoft Suite product
Proven effective problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking skills
Must be a team player and be able to work with minimal technical supervision.
