Job DescriptionThe Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day operational support including:- Servicing existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by growing and maintaining relationships with clients- Driving sales by establishing a high standard of sales and service initiatives through quality customer service and professional excellence- Maintaining an up-to-date technical knowledge of products and price lists in order to answer client inquiries, make product recommendations, and explain the uses and applications of full product line- Coordinating with sales and technical team to schedule live product demonstrations- Representing the company at conferences, trade shows, expositions, major industry events- Gathered product feedback and intelligence from customers- Assisting with sales operations including taking orders, handling packaging and shipping- Conducting outreach to existing customer base and potential customersDesired Skills:- One year of sales experience or some level of customer service experience - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Exceptional phone etiquette- Great interpersonal skills- Excellent communication skills- Excellent computer skills- Comfortable working in a hectic, fast-paced environment- Ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team- Open and approachable personality, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor is appreciated- Knowledge of Time and Attendance Systems and Biometrics a plus- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
