Inventory Audit Analyst Pay: $25-28/hr. Duration: 1 year, possibly longer Location: Raynham, MA   Job Description Reconcile inventory audits for spine division.  Audits are performed at the unit (implant) level. Oversee the entire audit process from planning through execution, reconciliation and final posting, for your assigned regions. Compile data upon count completion.  Create Excel pivots and summaries to obtain variances.  Work with Sales Consultants to analyze audit data, address variances, and obtain any necessary self-counts to reconcile within +/-5% variance target.  Use JD Edwards to post inventory adjustments on or before the deadline. Work closely with the Business Analyst team to identify any breakdowns in the inventory management process.  Assist in putting solutions in place where applicable. Develop and implement solutions to optimize the auditing process. File all audit records in central location for future reference. Develop a thorough understanding of the inventory management and audit processes, and how they impact each other.  Educate the sales force on the audit process to ensure accurate results. Help manage relationship with our 3rd party audit supplier. Interface and partner with various departments including Asset Management, Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Customer Service and Quality to resolve inventory issues. Assist in internal and external audits as applicable. Attend periodic trainings of new Sales Consultants and present on the audit process. Assist other audit teams as necessary. Ad Hoc reporting as required.  Up to 5% travel. Skills and Experience: Bachelor degree preferred. Previous experience with inventory auditing is required (preferably in medical devices). Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience is required (v-lookups / pivot tables) JD Edwards experience preferred.  Previous experience working with field sales consultants is preferred (preferably in medical devices)   Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
