Executive Administrative Assistant Our client one of the world’s leading medical technology, services and solutions companies located in Minneapolis, MN is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position with a possibility to be directly hired. This position has an hourly pay rate of $25.00. SUMMARY: Provide expertise and proficient administrative support to the Senior Vice President Global Quality while independently performing complex and diverse administrative duties. YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Interact with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Ability to balance a significant workload while executing against multiple priorities. Able to work independently with little guidance, anticipating next steps, taking initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment. Serve as liaison between the executive offices, Legal staff, and internal stakeholders across the organization and external relationships. Perform various administrative duties including Internet/Intranet research, setting up files, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, photocopying documents, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports. Manage all components of a challenging comprehensive and extremely busy executive travel schedule. Types and proofreads presentations, correspondence, reports, and forms. Corrects grammar, errors, and formatting. Draft brief correspondence of a routine nature. Develop partnerships with internal and key external customers through understanding their styles and expectations for effective communication and service. Act as an information resource on organizational policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: 10+ years administrative support experience. High school education or GED. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations. Ability to plan ahead for managers’ schedule. Flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment. Ability to interact effectively with senior level executives both internally and externally. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Good analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. TERMS OF ASSIGNMENT: EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma/GED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10+ years administrative support experience DURATION: 1-3 months with a possibility to be directly hired.
