Today, we are proud to offer a temporary opportunity to work as a Data Entry Operator for a medical nonprofit in Tigard, Oregon.Position Summary: This position contributes to the mission of the organization by providing data processing services in support of the constituent database. This is a project assignment in which the candidate will assist with the migration of data from one database to another.Responsibilities:- Assist in the completion of data migration projects as assigned and in a timely and accurate manner- Perform detailed data entry from one database to another- Maintain CRM database according to organizational policiesKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:- Advanced computer skills using Word and Excel- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or equivalent- Highly detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records- Ability to maintain repetitious work and maintain a high level of accuracy- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and have flexibility in approach to work- Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment- Willingness/ability to exercise initiative to independently plan, organize, and follow through on tasks- Ability to consistently communicate professionally and effectively with all constituents including volunteers, employees, donors, and visitors, both verbally and in writing- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to precisely define problem statements and solutionsEducation:- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field preferredExperience:- Experience in detailed database housekeeping required- Collaborative experience working on and supporting cross-functional teams required- Experience in a nonprofit environment preferredKelly Services is a Fortune 500® company headquartered in Troy, Michigan.
