Wilmington, DE TEMP Claims Operations Clerk Kelly Services, industry leader in workforce solutions, has an exciting temporary opportunity for multiple Claims Operation Clerks in Wilmington, DE!  Our client is a leading corporation that has an immediate need for a business professional that will assist with day to day operations. Pay Rate: $12.99/hr (Weekly Pay!) Hours: 8am-4:30pm OR 8:30-5:00 PM (Monday- Friday) Contract Dates: ASAP-September 2017 (could be extended longer) RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customer Service phone calls from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.  Provide accurate and complete information as requested. Utilize the imaging system and other available systems to index unidentified mail.  Direct identified mail to correct entity or link documentation to the correct claim number. Opening and reviewing new correspondence, distribution of urgent correspondence and recognition of legal correspondence which requires immediate attention. May also: Review all items in the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) queue.  Complete daily tasks in a timely manner including, but not limited to:  faxing, FedEx, mail sorting and delivery, scanning or priority items.  Obtain policy information from Underwriters and file in central storage location as requested. Assist Claim Operations organization on special projects or assignments DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills both written and oral as demonstrated by previous experience Proven ability to manage difficult calls with skill and tact Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision Good organizational skills for establishing priorities; must be detail oriented Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize workload while using various applications Ability to understand insurance terms to identify important documents Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Why Kelly®?
