Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently assisting one of the leading financial institutions in the Buffalo area in recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant. This is a long term temporary opportunity, with potential to turn into a permanent role. Job Duties:-Assist recruiting team in coordinating interviews.-Manage Microsoft Outlook calendars for multiple individuals.-Make outbound phone calls to coordinate interview details with candidates. -Receive inbound phone calls from candidates.-Draft professional communications using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. -Manage front desk and reception area when needed. Candidate Requirements:-Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. -Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.-Maintain professional demeanor throughout all communications.-Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
