Building Maintenance - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionGENERAL JOB SUMMARY:Provides maintenance and upkeep for the inside and outside of Company buildings and property.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Assist in maintaining interior offices, shops and common areas by repairing or installing sheetrock and painting- Assist in repairing and maintenance of lighting, flooring and test chambers- Assist in repairing, modification and installation of new electrical systems, security systems and fire systems- Install LAN lines and cabling - Perform carpentry and plumbing work - Assist with exterior building maintenance- Responsible for running daily business errands - Must have a valid driver-s license and good driving history- Must be at assigned work-site during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTDOther Job Functions- Escort vending representatives while on campus- Other duties may be assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standardsAbility to interact effectively with peers and supervisorsAbility to interact appropriately with the public when necessaryAbility to adhere to workplace rulesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesIntermediate knowledge of commercial building repair and maintenance to include all trades; electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, paint, carpentry, etc. RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:HS diploma or equivalentA minimum of 3 years of experience Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
