Call Center Sales Position - Full-time

Call Center Sales Agents Needed. Our client, is a leader in providing Customer Contact Center services to a select group of Fortune 100 clients. They are currently hiring for Outbound Call Center Sales agents to work in their SW Houston Call Center. The Call Center Sales Agent would take outbound calls offering utility services. The ideal candidates need to be very detail oriented, consistent, accurate, conscientious and trustworthy. This is a sales position and includes a base salary plus commission. Job Description:* Professionally take inbound telephone calls in a timely manner following proper quality control guidelines.* Provide a consultative relationship with consumers supported by excellent product knowledge and a thorough understanding of services offered.* Assist current customer with billing issues as well as offer the latest featured service or product.* Record, report and maintain call center information as required.* Maintain the highest standards of customer service.* Maintain a customer centric focus with a sales friendly attitude. Job Requirements:* Preffer a minimum of six (6) months of customer service / sales experience.* Must be able to handle high volume team-oriented call center environment.* Must be computer literate.* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Must be available to attend all scheduled training classes and successfully complete the 2 week training period.Call Center experience preferred.Commissioned Sales experience preferred.
