- Culinary knowledge & ability to perform routine food service functions.
- Prior kitchen experience required; experience in a restaurant or catering environment preferred.
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday 6am to 2:30pm.
- Current Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to follow directions and communicate in English.
- Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
