MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities who live independently in their own homes. Our DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. DSPs will also partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance the lives of those we support.

We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time, and On-Call Direct Care staff to work to join our Support Living Services team in the Portland Metro area. We have various shifts available including days, evenings, overnight and weekends.
