About this job
Seeking hands-on care in Horizon for my father in his 70s. My father has Alzheimer's dementia and has left side weakness due to stroke. He needs assistance with feeding, bed baths, incontinence, blood sugar, insulin, and medication, companion care, massage and range of motion.
Schedule is roughly as follows:
8am: Insulin, medicines and breakfast
10am: Bed Bath and Chair transfer (manual hoyer lift)
12pm: Insulin, medicines and lunch
1-3pm: Companion Care
3/4pm: Transfer back to bed (manual hoyer lift)
4:30pm: Massage/Range of Motion
5pm: Insulin, medicines and dinner
