Looking for in-home assistance with daily bathing, dressing, grooming, and reminder to take medications for 95-year-old woman with moderate dementia and expressive aphasia. This job requests Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. At 8 a.m. she gets transport to daycare center. She return SD home at 3 p.m. and would need assistance at preparing for bed, changing into pajamas and assistance in bedtime cleanliness and ADLs. Medications are twice a day and there is family present to prepare meals.
