Help Needed Caring For A Wheelchair Bound Man With No Leg Function 7 Days A Week, 9a-1p.

My nephew Scotty is in his 50's and has been handicapped from the waste down due to a brain injury for the last 30 years. We need assistance getting him out of bed in the morning, getting him to the bathroom (and cleaning him up from that if he has an accident) and bathing. He is difficult to move as he has muscle spasms and no ability to help move himself with his legs and has lost a lot of upper body strength with age. He is a solid 280lbs, so we need someone strong enough to lift him. We do have some helpful tools, like a hoyer lift for transferring, a bath chair and a hospital bed. Care is needed Sunday through Saturday from 9a-1p.
