Position is to provide help for a gentle 20-year-old autistic person who is functional (eats, takes showers, goes to the bathroom, walks etc... by herself), yet lacks the autonomy to organize her life on her own. She needs 24/7 supervision and assistance.
She is verbal but often difficult to understand. She on the other hand understands when others speak and follows up on basic prompts.
