Dickens Village, Villager - Full-time / Part-time

Overview:
These employees are key in handling customer service matters and maintaining the “Dickens Village” theme of the exhibit.

Essential Functions:

• Maintaining crowd control
• Policing exhibit against damage to figures, littering, and shoplifting
• Communicating problems within the exhibit to managers and security
• Providing assistance to customers
• Maintaining holiday spirit for exhibit and Macy’s

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:

• Exceptional customer service skills required

Communication Skills:

• Knowledge of a second language helpful
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Mathematical Skills:

• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Reasoning Ability:

• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Present a professional image consistent with Macy's brand values

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing or sitting may be required

Work Hours:

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
