Important-Please read this information First. We are currently looking to hire a part time driver to round out our staff. Our part time diver works 2 days per week, with occasionally having the ability to pick up extra shifts. Working Sundays will be a must, with the second day of the week being negotiable. This position pays by the hour, a rate of $10-$12 based on experience. Please continue reading below for more information.
Sweet Tomatoes Restaurants is Now Hiring qualified delivery driver for our Central Kitchen facility. This position delivers our fresh made-from-scratch product each and every day to our local restaurants.
To be an eligible Garden Fresh Certified Driver:
· You much be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of car driving experience (not including learners permit time)
· Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
· Be rated as an “Excellent”, “Low Risk”, or “Medium Risk Driver” according to the company’s fleet safety program.
· Must be able to push and maneuver product delivery carts.
· Follow company Safety and Food safety policies and procedures
In order to perform the essential functions of the positions at Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants & Central Kitchens, employees must be able to walk & stand consistently for up to 8 hours, lift & carry items weighing up to 30lbs for a minimum of 3 hours each day. Reach, bend, push & pull items for up to 2 hours each day and must be able to use fingers, hands and shoulders repetitively for up to 6 hours each day.
