Imagery Specialist

The Store Image Specialist will work with a team responsible for the creation and design of the interior of the Bass Pro Outdoor World stores. This position requires a creative, artistic person who is able to travel extensively and has the ability and willingness to work in a construction environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Sculpt/carve foam and epoxy, create diorama presentations and install artifacts.

•Travel to designated store for 2 week intervals.

•Works closely with Imagery Manager to achieve Imagery design standards and maximize design potential.

•Works closely with corporate vendors and contractors in the development and completion of ongoing assigned projects.

•Transporting supplies, taxidermy and artifacts to locations as needed.>

Qualifications:

•Bachelor Degree in related field preferred.

•Five+ years artistic fabrication experience is preferred.

•Possess creative dimensional skills, planning and analytical skills and have knowledge of basic design principles.

•Provide a portfolio of previous work.

•Travelling extensively on a regular basis.

•Knowledge of basic carpentry, hand tools, and paint application is required.

•Willingness to work in a construction environment. May have to wear construction gear (hard hat/boots).

•Enjoys physical work and has the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

•Able to work in high places.

•Possess a Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
