Job Summary: The Facilities Specialist processes work orders, coordinates dispatches for technicians/vendors, processes invoices, and manages the movement of supplies to all locations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process work orders from stores – follow direction from Facilities Manager
• Process facilities invoices in SAP system – follow accounting processes
• Dispatch 3rd party vendors as needed
• Schedule life safety system inspections
• Process store supply requests on a timely bases
• Process small parcel needs of home office
• Process inbound supplies & organize storage of same
• Process store returns Qualifications
Qualifications & Competencies:

• 2+ years clerical experience
• Ability to learn the various tasks required in the facilities department
• Ability to work with others in a positive environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily
