Our Roanoke, Virginia location is seeking a Front Desk/Office Coordinator. Primary job role will be to create a positive first impression while handling all administrative tasks and providing team support. Duties will include the following:

  • Quickly taking inbound calls and responding to needs accordingly
  • Greet and process all visitors professionally and courteously
  • Prioritize critical and urgent tasks
  • Maintain files, records, mailings, and reports as directed
  • Directly recruit new applicants for new, current, and upcoming jobs
  • Support inside and outside sales efforts at all times
  • Work with entire team to promote and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction
