Regular Full-time - 40 hours per week
$12.70 per hour

Business Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Must be available to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or overtime

Typical schedule may include Saturday and/or Sunday

Job Summary: The Installation Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales over the phone from leads generated through the customer database. The customers solicited have existing relationships with Sears; no cold calling is done. This position delivers a sales presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism and in conformance to policy and procedure. Additionally, it is paramount that this position uses unwavering customer service and high ethical selling standards. Job

Duties/Responsibilities: * Contacts or accepts inquiries from the customer via telephone, and attempts to sell installation services or related products * Contacts and engages decision makers, and applies skills in the area of communication, customer service and knowledge-based problem solving * Follows scripting and call flow * Offers the best value for the customer in terms of price, discounts and multiple and additional products * Stresses features and benefits of the Sears Installation Services * Fields questions, probes and overcomes specific objections raised by the customer * Corrects customer information on record when appropriate * Closes the sale and is respectful of the customer's rights * Mails proposals and literature when requested * Follows through and calls back per commitments * Works with other team members to provide the highest level of customer service and meet team goals * Complies with and adheres to selling policies, procedures and Company ethics * Ensures all outbound leads and inbound calls are completed and processed in a timely manner * Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirements: HS Graduate or Equivalent Years of Related Experience:

Requirements: 1 year sales experience; 1 year call center experience preferred

Required Skills: * Knowledge in Sales or Telemarketing * Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English instructions in order to complete internal documentation and present information to and communicate with customers and Associates * Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure * Ability to apply reasoning and comprehension to carry out simple written or oral instructions * Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations, occasionally interpreting and adapting to customers needs and finding solutions that are outside of the standardized situations * Ability to be perceptive and demonstrate good intuition * Ability to actively listen to the customer * Ability to be assertive, self-motivated and possess drive * Ability to sit and take back-to-back calls for an extended time frame, while maintaining positive energy first to last call * Frequent sitting, some standing and walking, bending and reaching as necessary * 1 year experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel * Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers while continuously wearing a telephone headset
