Host/Hostess - TD Garden - Full-time / Part-time

Our Exciting Work Environment

Newly renovated, state of the art Legends is a private, members-only restaurant and bar located on level 3 of TD Garden, exclusively open to Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics season ticket holders with a membership. This distinguished club opens two hours prior to all Bruins and Celtics games at TD Garden and remains open for members up to an hour after a game concludes.

The completely renovated Banners Harbor View is The Premium Club’s fine dining restaurant, located on Level 6 of the arena. Banners Harbor View serves contemporary American cuisine using the freshest ingredients, and specializes in seafood and the finest quality steaks. The a la carte menu is complimented by a handpicked selection of fine wines. 

Position Details

• Set up host/hostess station
• Determine seating based on staffing for evening
• Provide general direction to all customers
• Answering phones (reservations, general information)
• Seat guests appropriately
• Make customer feel welcome, greet and thank

Qualifications

We are looking for energetic, professional and customer service oriented Host/Hostess to join our team.

• Candidates must have prior customer service experience preferably in a restaurant, lounge or sports bar environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate a professional, upbeat, friendly and hospitality related attitude and demeanor.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. 
• Opentable experience preferred
