What you will do:
The HR Business Partner's primary responsibility is to provide strategic human resources solutions to assigned regions within the company by developing a deep understanding of the field leadership’s business/service needs. This individual will provide effective solutions for employee relations, performance management, talent management, recruiting and compensation planning in support of our restaurant locations.
This position will require up to 50% overnight travel.
RequirementsEducation & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in human resources or related field, MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years in human resources generalist role
- Experience with non-exempt distributed workforce
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus
