Ability to coach and mentor staff in order to achieve and maintain operational performance.
At least 2 years of leadership experience required.
Position reports directly to General Manager / Owner.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure aggressive execution of Biggby operational systems
- Ensure Daily Timeline tasks are being consistently executed
- Staff training using the New Barista Training Program (as assigned)
- Problem solving (customer issues, staff relations, drink making consistency, …)
- Ensure safe environment per health department instruction
- Oversee Shift leaders, Senior Baristas, and Baristas
- Manage Cash Deposits and Change Boxes
- Manage product ordering and receiving; get product from other places when shortages happen (example – Milk from Kroger)
- Month End Inventory
- Monthly and weekly maintenance checklists
- Promotion Period Rollouts (every two months or promotional period; barista quizzes)
- Manage technology issues (rebooting the communication and computer equipment; use the BIGGBY Support Ticket system)
Make 12 to $14 per hour (includes tips)
