DISPATCH DESK - TRADE SHOWS:
Dispatch and process labor tickets, order organization, prioritize daily tasks, communicate help resolve issues, update spreadsheets, update floor plans.
Must be available to work long hours (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE)
Minimal 8 hours up to 14 hours a day during show set-up
Available on weekends, with minimal days off during show set-up
Willing to work and adapt to a faced-paced environment, sitting standing and walk long distances throughout the long days
ability to meet and exceed deadlines with little supervision
MS OFFICE PROGRAMS (computer literate)
Familiar with spreadsheets, and floor plans
Reliable means of transportation (no carpools)
