Cargo Coordinator / Freight Forwarder - Full-time / Part-time

The position will require the candidate to work with goods that are being moved out of a country. You will receive, monitor and process daily freight movements. Duties include maintaining and updating Excel with shipment information.

Job Description:

• Multi modal freight management for export cargo
• Arranging shipments for new and existing clients
• Creating new files for shipments
• Maximise revenue
• Maintain internal service level
• Establish effect communication with clients and overseas offices
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Background in logistics, export (air and ocean) (1-3 years)
• Strong customer service experience
• FreightStream knowledge, desired
• Proficient in Excel a MUST
