Currently, Integrity is seeking a Maintenance Technician.
Earn $18 to $20.00 per hour to start. This is a temp to hire position. Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:45pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Repair Malfunctioning equipment
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance
• Make modifications to equipment
• Conduct equipment performance testing
• Install equipment
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including forklifts and high riser
• Adhere to safe working practices, working in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Participate in special projects as assigned
• Document and communicate actions
• Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal as required
• Obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed
• Maintain regular attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills:
Required:
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with proper Personal Protective Equipment including a respirator.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret miscellaneous drawings and schematics.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability to concentrate
• Ability to use initiative and work well in a team.
• Ability to work Over-Time as required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
Preferred:
• Blueprint reading skills
• Maintenance Knowledge of tools and machinery used in coating processes e.g. gritblasters, powder coating, liquid spray and ovens.
