Job Details:Our group of restaurants are looking for cooks who are calm and level-headed, yet able to multi-task and follow directions well. The pay is over-scale; you must prove your abilities and techniques. This position is available immediately. We have full time positions for people with STRONG TECHNIQUES, TEAM SKILLS, CULINARY KNOWLEDGE, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and a CREATIVE MINDSET.We are looking for cooks with experience in: Preparation of Local Fresh Ingredients Strong and Proficient Knife Skills High Volume Upscale Restaurant Experience Protein Fabrication Passion for Culinary Art! Responsibilities: * Minimum of 1+ year line cook experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen. * Outstanding communication skills. * Night & weekend availability essential. * Must be professional, energetic, organized, punctual, efficient & reliable. * Ability to execute all menu items consistently by following recipe and presentation standards. * Ability to perform well under pressure without constant supervision.
