About this job
The Gate Inspector will be responsible for inspecting containers incoming and departing the facility.
Monday – Friday, must be available to work an occasional Saturday
This position will train on 1st shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and work on 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:00PM) when training is complete.
$11.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Logging the arrivals and departures of containers
- Data entry
- Visually inspecting containers for damages
Requirements:
- Computer skills, knowledge with a keyboard
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather elements
- Work boots that cover the ankle
- Must be dependable and reliable
