About this job
We are currently seeking a customer service driven individual to work in our high volume switchboard. Overall responsibilities will include accepting incoming calls for Sportsman's Park Center, Sportsman's Distribution Center and Outdoor World on a multiple line phone system, paging, and various reports and paperwork.This opportunity is part time and scheduled hours will include nights and weekends.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Answer all incoming calls for our Base Camp (headquarters) and Springfield Outdoor World locations and transfer appropriately or answer questions.
2. Answer calls not handled by an auto-attendant at all outlying stores and transfer them appropriately.
3. Type and notarize all paperwork pertaining to the sales of canoes, kayaks and Pond Prowler boats from Springfield Outdoor World and the Outlet Store.
4. Highlight and key customer duplicate lists for the Call Center.
5. Maintain departmental listings of personnel for appropriate transfer of calls.
6. Maintain and update maintenance logs for store vehicles.
7. Maintain work order logs and weekly/monthly reports for the Maintenance department.
8. Assist departments with mailings, etc as needed.
9. Other duties as assigned.
