Job Overview:

Purpose of the position is to perform various computer system processing and data analysis activities related to NIL units, returns invoices and Back-to-Stock (BTS) units in support of customer order fulfillment metrics. The knowledge and skill level is comparatively higher to enable the associate to also be assigned periodic special inventory or customer order-related projects.

Essential Functions:

• Processes NIL transactions within the FedFIL, WMS and CEB systems and performs NIL analysis activities to determine root cause(s). Will also suggest corrective actions.
• Performs Back-To-Stock (BTS) unit research in a “real-time” basis within the Packing Dept to determine source of error or condition that led to the BTS unit occurrence.
• Performs problem return research and associated processing.
• May be called upon to perform routine Returns processing, as needed.
• Process inventory adjustments in both the WMS and CEB systems.
• May be tasked to conduct various inventory or customer order related projects to foster high customer order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively (both written/verbal) with members of the management and supervisory staff regarding problem orders, BTS problem resolution, etc.
• Utilizes the PTTS System and also monitors and reports instances of non-use by Packing personnel.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Various functions/duties as assigned by supervisor and manager. May be temporarily assigned to other departments to assist operational needs.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Computer skills including basic working knowledge of MS-Excel Spreadsheets and knowledge and ability to learn basic email tasks on Outlook.
• Has basic understanding or is willing to learn the related Cheshire mainframe applications, including WMS, FedFIL, CEB, inclusive of the physical inventory applications.
• Self Motivated
• Ability to follow through and resolve problems.
• Team player with ability to function independently.
• Ability to work with deadlines.

• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, strong communication and Interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands:

• This position may involve stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching and lifting up to 30lbs., as well as regular walking and standing.
