Providence is calling a Manager Neuroscience Program to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Manager to support our Neuroscience Program and to use available resources and collaborates to develop, implement and evaluate systems and programs toward the provision of quality services for neuroscience patients from a multi-disciplinary perspective throughout the continuum of care. Works in close collaboration with the Neuroscience Medical Director to provide leadership and oversight for the clinical care, quality improvement and data collection related to the care of Neuroscience patients.

In this position the Neuroscience Program- Manager will:
* Identifies education and in-service programs related to care and management of neuroscience patients in conjunction with the Clinical Education department for all departments that provide care for neuroscience patients
* Collaborates with service line leadership to identify opportunities to expand services/programs.
* Works seamlessly across sites of care, both inpatient and outpatient, where patients receive their care
* Ensures systems and structures allow for smooth service line operations.
* Manages direct reports in a manner which is consistent with Providence Health & Services NW.
* Manages budgets for service line.
* Collaborates with external partners.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor of Science, Nursing
* 3 to 5 years' experience working in an acute care setting with Neuroscience expertise
* Sufficient and progressively responsible management expertise in a healthcare setting.
* Current WA RN License
* BLS Certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Master's Degree in Nursing (MN/MSN)
* Lean
* Process Improvement
* Change Management
* Neuroscience Specialty qualification
