Account Coordinator in Wake County - Full-time / Part-time

Account Coordinator

 

AtWork Personnel Services is recruiting for an Account Coordinator with Distribution experience. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Account Managers and support Sales and Distribution to provide outstanding customer service.  This stable and growing company specializes in wood and lumber, has been in business for more than ten years and is considered one of the fastest growing companies in the Triangle. Salary range is between $35,000 - $40,000 and will depend upon experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Entering sales orders and processing credit returns
• Shopping and purchasing "non-stock" materials
• Quoting and Preparing Bids
• Scheduling and following up on deliveries, customer inquiries, installations and services
• Assisting walk-in customers

Qualifications

• 5 years or experience within distribution, purchasing and/or sales support
• Ability to work 7Am to 4PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed
• Computer Experience Including:
  • Integrated ERP Systems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office:  Excel, Word and Outlook
• Able to follow written and oral instructions
• Team-Oriented approach to work
• Prior knowledge of the lumber industry is highly preferred
• Exceptional customer service experience
