Kelly Services has an excellent direct-hire opportunity for an Electrical Mechanical Technician for a premiere manufacturing company in Rockwood.
As an Electrical Mechanical Technician placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for supporting the facility for all electrical, mechanical, building repairs and utilities as needed for production and non-production.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for keeping all equipment in good repair and operational
Repair or put electrical components in place at the facility
Responsible for installing power supply, conduit and wiring for currently installed equipment and machines including programmable controllers while adhering to blueprints, electrical ethics, utilizing voltage tester and hand tools
Responsible for preventive maintenance, maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and utilities
Carry out diagnosis and ensure replacement of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and machines which are faulty
Schedule-Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Pay-$15 an hour
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
2-5 Years of manufacturing experience working with presses, furnaces and machining equipment
State driver's license and favorable driving record
Welding experience (MIG & ARC)
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Capable of operating ALL equipment in their areas of responsibility and fill in as required
Ability to work overtime
Occasional travel is required
