Busy Car Wash and Detail Center in Warner Robins, GA is looking for a high energy person who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, sales, has strong customer service skills, and is accustomed to working with people in a retail environment. Our best candidates come from the restaurant, automotive, retail, hospitality and other service industries.
Assistant Managers lead an efficient and fast-paced business at all times, particularly when the General Manager is not on duty. They assist the GM in creating a work environment that is fun, engaging for the team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance.
This position pays a starting salary of $9/hr DOE + tips & a monthly bonus opportunity.
Duties include:
- Store management
- Sales
- Administration (daily deposits, inventories, etc.)
- Customer Service
- Equipment Maintenance
- Training new hires
Requirements:
- Able to run a shift in general manager's absence with integrity, honesty and knowledge
- High energy
- Superior communication skills

- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Must possess a valid driver's license
