Busy Car Wash and Detail Center in Crystal, MN is looking for someone who wants a great opportunity to be a key holder in the store and can grow with our company.  If you are that high energy person who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, sales, has strong customer service skills, and is accustomed to working with people in a retail environment; WE WANT YOU!  Our best candidates come from the restaurant, automotive, retail, hospitality and other service industries.

Assistant Managers lead an efficient and fast-paced business at all times, particularly when the General Manager is not on duty.  They assist the GM in creating a work environment that is fun, engaging for the team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance.

This position pays a starting salary of $11/hr DOE + tips & a monthly bonus opportunity.

Duties include:

• Store management
• Sales
• Administration (daily deposits, inventories, etc.)
• Customer Service
• Equipment Maintenance
• Training new hires

Requirements:

• Able to run a shift in general manager's absence with integrity, honesty and knowledge
• High energy
• Superior communication skills
• Management experience
• Administrative & Organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands

• Position will require you to be on your feet all day long
• Might occasionally lift and/or move more than 20 pounds
• Full weekend availability is a MUST
