We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage small and large scale projects nationally and internationally. This position supports the daily functions and management of routine work orders, emergencies, and roll-out projects. Must be available for 24 hour On Call rotation.Responsibilities:* Participate in all aspects of scheduling, management and completion of projects and daily service requests* Identify and address client needs, requests, and questions in a professional manner* Approach client and vendors in an organized, knowledgeable and professional manner* Adhere to individual client specifications and project timelines* Obtain proposals and accurately present to Senior Estimator* Update and manage multiple online platforms simultaneouslyMinimum Education and Experience:* 2 years of related customer service or project management experience* Experience with third party programs preferred (ie. Service Channel, Big Sky)* College degree or job related experience preferred* Must be well organized and communicate clearly* High levels of multitasking ability required* Take directive and implement strategies from Senior Account Managers* Works well independently and in team settings* Proficient in Microsoft products
