Warehouse Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assembly of a quality product that meets all customer and regulatory requirements.
• Assembles gifts by hand, including gift boxes, placing products in gift boxes, packaging the gifts, and paying close attention to details.
• Effectively communicates as required with supervisor.
• Follows specific directions, fully understand the training on safety, QA and GMP rules.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Assists other employees and Supervisor when requested.
• Performs with the best effort as indicated by the assembly line's pace.
• May rotate to various positions and jobs within the assembly line.
• Gathers paperwork indicating what products need to be picked for orders.
• Effectively, safely and efficiently secures each order and stages it to be wrapped.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Quality control checks outgoing shipments, products packaged correctly, no damage and the correct number of products.
• Meet deadlines and production goals with accuracy.
• Works with teammates to increase efficiency in picking.
• Have a flexible schedule weekends and overtime may be required to fulfill orders.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs production duties as needed: picks, packs and labels, products per customer orders
• Able to operate scanning system, placing shipping label on completed product.  Sending down conveyor.
• Loads completed products onto pallet for shipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Exert up to 85 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 30 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
• Regularly required to climb, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to stand up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Able to work with product moving conveyors.
• Ability to work long hours including weekends.
• Ability to work the entire season.
• Seasonal position.
