POSITION PURPOSE
Leverage strong data analysis and business operations knowledge to explore historical financial data, predict future results and drive process/policy improvements. Gather, analyze, report and synthesize new solutions for various business problems.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
10%-Analyzing current/past financial data performance & prepare reports/projections. Identifying trends & monitor variance in performance to provide actionable recommendations for improvement
20%-Constructing financial models and forecasting measurers against plans/forecasts.
20%-Coordinating with other members of the various teams to review financial information.
20%-Becoming the subject matter expert in a given portion of the business
20%-Combine multiple data sources into comprehensive data tables
10%-Significant volume of Ad-Hoc reporting
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to CB Finance Manager or CB Accounting Manager
This position has no direct reports
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Additional Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)Pivot
Tables, If(Then) Statements, V-Look-ups, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Statistical Analysis

Intermediate SQL skills
Knowledge of how to gain operational efficiency through SOP
Preferred certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt

Strategic thinker with a desire to understand the actions behind the numbers
Great presentation skills with the ability to subtlety influence and persuade
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment with a strict
