Seeking a highly driven, focused individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing exceptional work. This full-time associate producer role will support our internal producer staff across various administrative tasks such as: production kickoff documents, call sheets, data entry, hiring/overseeing resources, and managing budgets, negotiating rates, managing production schedules, time tracking and final billing. In time the role will independently manage both in-studio & on location productions and work with both internal/external clients & agencies. The ideal candidate will have some experience with both photo & video productions, with an emphasis on social. The producer is the gatekeeper of all projects and owns understanding the scope of work, determining the best way to approach the job in the most cost effective and efficient manner. The position serves as the liaison between the studio, account team, creative partners as well as our business partners and external clients. This individual needs to thrive under pressure, be ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and maintain a 'can-do' attitude at all times. The associate producer must be flexible and able to adapt to change.

Job Summary: Full-time position located at our IMX studio in Elgin, IL. This dedicated and enthusiastic producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process. Common tasks will include estimating/budgeting, creative reviews, scheduling shoots, pre/post planning & meetings, sample management and organization, shot list review and development, securing crew, post-production communication & reviews and managing/tracking receipts and final billing.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
*Work closely with associates, clients, partner agencies, and various managers throughout the entire creative process to ensure clear understanding of creative vision, overall project expectations and deliverables.
*Be able to work in a collaborative, internal, creative environment and have the ability to navigate various personalities. Orchestrate diverse crews while on set.
*Will work within a fast paced, highly functional production team. Must be able to make smart business decisions in a timely manner.
*Ability to manage a budget and negotiate as needed. Reconcile costs for each shoot.
*Must be willing to travel and attend location photoshoots when needed. Additionally will need to research, scout and secure locations and permits as necessary.
*Support all aspects of a production: Estimating, organizing shot lists & flow of shoot, ensuring accuracy with samples/outfits, review of production with key crew member, determining and communicating set needs/backgrounds and managing freelance crew.
*Support and/or Lead pre- and post-production meetings to ensure all crew members are fully aware of the creative, shot counts, deliverables and budget.
*Be solution oriented. Anticipate and resolve issues, including last minute changes due to creative changes, location, talent or weather by utilizing appropriate actions and resources.
*Coordinate with the scheduling manager and talent booking team to ensure stellar efficiency with the interdepartmental workflow.
*Self-starter; able to learn on the fly & action on requests that may be unfamiliar. Ability to engage the proper managers/team members to get the job done.
*Oversee post-production efforts in editing process and obtain final approvals prior to delivery of final assets.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree
* *Macintosh Operating System, Microsoft Office & Database Management.
*Skilled in Word Processing, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet applications.
*Works independently; interacts with management on more senior level professionals on non-typical assignments.
*Handles decisions regarding issues affecting own work and possibly the work of other team members or partners.
*Ability to think strategically, problem solve and make sound decisions.
*Must possess excellent organization skills, attention to detail, meeting & time management as well as verbal & written communication.
*Must be able to hold your own and maintain composure under pressure/stressful situations.
*Flexible and able to adapt to changing direction, environments and versatile personalities.
