- Transitioning other machine programmers
- Set programs for all bending machines
- Troubleshooting day to day issues alerted by benders
- Adjust or modify existing CNC programs when needed
- Use multiple scheduled controls to audit quality of bending processes for parts and final products
- Reduce scrap and rework
- Back up *shift leader during vacation, absence, etc
- Prepare shift-ensure pass-down communicating with precious and next shifts: Production Plan, Staff, and Materials/tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently
- Ability to stand up to 12 hours
- Good computer skills
- Ability to operate Bending and Welding equipment
- High school/GED required
- minimum 1 year experience working with CNC programming G code background and training in welding
- 1 year fork lift exp
