The Intermediate Terrain Park Attendant will assist the terrain park supervisor and lead attendants with the overall delivery of the terrain park experience for our employees and guests. This individual is responsible to assist with the supervision, training, and motivation of the team. The intermediate terrain park attendant will perform a daily risk management assessment of the terrain park venue including design and layout with conclusions deriving  from the actual and/or observed testing of features.

The intermediate terrain park attendant will be responsible for implementing park attendant safety throughout each and every day. The intermediate terrain park attendant will be responsible to monitor and maintenance all terrain parks, halfpipes, Big Easy area, events/photoshoots, and training session locations throughout the day. The intermediate terrain park attendant will assist in carrying out all guest service and operational goals set forth by all supervisors and leads.

 Additional responsibilities include (but not be limited to):

  •  Assist terrain park supervisor and lead attendant with the training, coaching, supervising, and leading of terrain park attendants
  • Assist with leading the terrain park attendants to effectively monitor and maintenance all terrain parks, halfpipes, and Big Easy area throughout the day
  • Helps to perform a Daily assessment of risk, feature inspections, feature and park infrastructure maintenance as well as the testing of the various terrain park products
  • Ensures that all animation, fencing, rope-lines, and terrain park entry signage is  functional at all times
  • Acts as role model regarding employee development and guest service related initiatives
  • Assists in all trainings for Day Staff including the execution of daily objectives and special projects
  • Ability to operate power tools for the repair of Terrain Park features and other infrastructure.

 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 seasons of prior Terrain Park experience
  • Leadership Skills
  • Must be able to pass a Level 7 Skiing/Riding ability test
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must have experience using both hand and power tools which may include shovels, snow-sporks, chainsaw, basic power tools, paint, computer
  • Must have own ski/ride equipment 
  • Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
