Houseperson - Kirkwood Mountain Resort - Winter Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary:

Housekeeping is looking for an individual that can lend needed support to our housekeeping team for the Winter Season. A Houseperson is expected to organize, restock and clean all housekeeping closets at every property, as well as the main laundry room. A Houseperson is responsible for the removal of dirty linens and refuse from the units, the closets and the common areas of the properties. All housepersons must be able to become and authorized driver at Kirkwood. All housepeople will be responsible for the delivery of housekeepers, supplies, tools and other needed amenities throughout the day. Housepeople will be responsible for cleaning of units, departure checks and inspection of units when business dictates. This qualified individual will also ensure quality service and report any problems or damage promptly. 

Requirements:

• Must have a valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Flexible schedule required; he/she will be expected to work weekends, holidays, night-shifts, sometimes with short notice

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Detail orientated

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Ability to adapt to changing requests and needs quickly

• Regular lifting, carrying (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, standing and walking

• Some housekeeping experience preferred
