As a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Merchant Services Product organization, you will perform diverse secretarial duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making for a team of Managing and Executive Directors. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure

* Develop relationships in a highly-matrixed organization

* Adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department's activities and goals

* Facilitate and support site/campus level events and coordination efforts

* Handle administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision (coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, submit expenses, order and maintain supplies)

* Exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique problems

* Provide direction and guidance to new team members

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Senior Administrative Assistant role working in a fast-paced environment

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent telephone etiquette* Organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy

* Handle regular activities without prompting, and advice in advance with issues or delays

* Use of tact and discretion when dealing with confidential matters; proven experience interacting with senior management

* Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

* Confidence to complete projects with limited supervision

* Exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor

* Ability to multi-task and ensure multiple projects are completed on time

* Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling)
